Last week was sick! Haha!

• October 24, Monday. 
  
  
  
  I went to Cebu Pacific’s main office to claim my two Gold tickets for Black Eyed Peas concert. Gosh, those contests are real pala talaga, haha!

• October 25, Tuesday. Black Eyed Peas concert.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  The producers weren’t kidding when they said it’ll be the “biggest concert-party of the year!” The whole concert, i was like, “Gosh, this is sooo Black-Eyed-Peas!” HAHA. I mean, from the huge LCD screen on the stage, to their uber cool costumes/outfit, with the robot DJ, and all, grabe! Their overall production really wowed me! And, the tickets i scored weren’t bad! We were next to the VIP section, so it wasn’t far. The only thing i hate about this night is that i didn’t have my point-and-shoot digicam with me (and the usual ‘no dSLRs allowed’), so i had no choice but to use my BlackBerry. What is cheapangga! HAHA! Anyway, it was a good, good night! And yay for Denise who went with me that night.

• October 28, Friday. Nicholas Sparks Live in Manila!
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  Omigosh, this day was so surreal! Got up early thinking that i might be able to score an early bird signing pass for the first 50 fans to line up in The Podium. Unfortunately, the stars weren’t properly aligned then. I had to take the train because it’s the fastest way for me to get to the venue, but the line in the MRT was so friggin’ long! Plus, they had a defective train so i was stuck in Taft Ave. for like 20 minutes. Kimy and i arrived at the venue around 8.20am, and we were already 100++ there. So we had to line up like regular fans for the Lucky Pass draw. Luckily, both of us got YES, and we even made a friend and potential concert buddy, Karen! :) The program started past 5pm, and since we got signing pass numbers 121-123, we were one of the lucky few who got to get up on stage with him and had our books signed early. I had my Message In A Bottle book signed, being my favorite book of all time. We also got free Sharpie pen, with Nicholas Sparks Best of Me tour in Manila, written on it. It was a really fun day, and i was a super happy kid that day!

  I love this day. I got to dress up again, finally haha. The last time we had a big family event was 2 years ago, when i turned 18. Anyway, there isn’t much to say about this day, except that  i really really missed my brother. While everyone was too busy preparing, i went to my brother’s room and spent two or three hours there doing nothing. It’s those little moments that i miss the most. Anyway, that night, we spent eating and drinking and singing and swimming. I went to bed 330 in the morning already haha. The next day, boom, hangover! But it was good, it was all good. My nephew was sooo cute, he’s like a little prince! :)

• October 30, Sunday. Early visit to the cemetery.
  
  We knew we couldn’t go to the cemetery on Nov 1, so we went there 2 days earlier. We visited my lolo and lola. We brought them flowers from the wedding, so as to make them feel as if they’re there on my brother’s wedding as well.

• October 31, Monday. Impulsive beach trip.
  
  
  
  Mom woke me up telling me that i should prepare my things because we’re going to the beach! It was cool, except that i didn’t have anything with me. I mean, i went to Batangas and i brought pants and shirts; no shorts, or swimsuits because…srsly, nobody told me about the plans for that entire long weekend. Anyway, we went somewhere near lang, Lemery. Quite disappointing though, because the beach in that area used to be really clean, but now, it’s a bit polluted. But it was still okay, at least my fam bonded.

Wooooh! Watta week. This has got to be one of the best weeks of my life. And with this ‘week-long fun’ comes wallet and atm being wiped clean. Gaaah! I’m so broke, and i’m not even kidding. 

Anyway, my adventure aka expenses continues! It’s another long weekend for me, haha! I shall pack my stuff tonight because tomorrow morning, we’re flying to Coron, Yay! Be back in MNL on Monday. :D
