“Think what that will feel like, Em. Walk out now. Just do it.”
-One Day, David Nicholls
This line had been a huge part of my 2011. I remember reading this book during my “quarter-life crisis”, and i came across this part, wherein Emma Morley was stuck nowhere in life and she just settled for a crappy job, a loser boyfriend who loves her very much (but whom she didn’t love back), and a flat which she shared with a colleague who assigned her to a room with no windows, all because she was too afraid to take a leap of faith and go after what she wants and what she deserves.
So yeah, thank you Dexter Mayhew for your letter to Emma. You saved me from insanity, really. <3

“Kapag walang masulat, tatayo siya sa harapan ng paparating na tren, iniisip na buti pa ang tren na ito, walang isip pero me pupuntahan, ako, saan nga ba ako papunta?”
—Ricky Lee, Para Kay B
I have no friggin’ idea what i want to do with my life. I mean, where do i go from here? Will someone please tell me?! Ugh, quarter-life crisis!

Because i just finished reading Looking for Alaska, i decided to go to Fully Booked in Greenbelt 5 this afternoon to reward myself a new book for being the bookworm that i am. Yay! I can’t wait to start reading It’s Kind Of A Funny Story by Ned Vizzini. It’s been sold-out almost everywhere. Good thing Bibliarch of Glorietta had one more copy, and it’s the last one. It’s so meant to be! Haha. :)
(For a while then, i stopped reading books, so my brain kinda stopped working as well. But whatever, i am back!)
So yeah, this book shall keep me busy for the next few days.

I badly want this book in this exact cover! Help!!!
(gonna call Fully Booked first thing tomorrow. if not, well then this is going to my book wishlist)

I just finished reading Stephen Chbosky’s The Perks of Being a Wallflower. And i really loved it and i can’t wait for Emma Watson and Logan Lerman to play out Charlie and Sam characters. :)
